Do I really look like a guy with a plan? You know what I am? I'm a dog chasing cars. I wouldn't know what to do with one if I caught it! You know…I just do things....
The mob has plans, the cops have plans, Gordon's got plans. You know, they're schemers. Schemers trying to control their little worlds. I'm not a schemer. I try to show the schemers how pathetic their attempts to control things really are.

That pretty much sums up this short post which has its source in a quote by the Joker. Because I'm sleepy. And I need to wake up early tomorrow.
HNY 2010!
Most of us relate the first day of the new year with resolutions. A resolution, eh? Many of my friends asked me what my new year resolution was. Well, do you remember what it was the last year? I don't. Which is exactly the reason why I don't have one this year. I've always observed that most of our effective resolutions are those which we have decided upon during the course of the year, not that new year resolutions don't work, its just that a New Year is not sufficient reason for a resolution to succeed.
A resolution is something which deserves some effort on our part to keep up to. It is something we need to do to become a better person, to improve something, or just doesn't do anything. But the fact remains, that the resolution requires some effort on our part, however small it might be. Many resolutions have to do with change in our habitual actions, now a change in a habit is easily solved be creating a new habit incorporating the change. Once the initial phase is conquered, the new habit takes over. The New year resolution gained so much popularity because people needed a reason to change. You would be better off looking at the change required as the reason, and not the New year, which is a good way to make resolutions work. Most new year resolutions are broken by the end of January and most of them forgotten by February. Needless to say, there are exceptions. But these exceptions are simply because we decided firmly and resolved strongly that we would make those changes to our lives. Any day can be the day of your resolution, and whether it succeeds or fails is entirely in your hands; and in fact, I've found that many of my "non- New year resolutions" have failed as well!
I always tend to update my blog when I am need of a coffee, staying up late at night. I slept during the day and now its 1.30 AM and I am up with all the power of the Owl Gods! Wordpress has been wanting me to update to 2.9 for sometime now, but I'm really not sure I want to do that with a poor internet connection. Guess I'll leave that task to when I get back home. Since its the first day of the new year, I thought I'd make a new blog post. The image attached to this blog post gives a misleading idea that I intend to state that I am perfect, which is incorrect. Its simply there, because I'm a C&H fan and because I thought it would be boring to have all text new year post!
And.....I resolve to write better blog posts than this, or give up blogging altogether!
Just a happy new year post! Happy Happy Happy New Year 2010
